Many of us don't call ourselves morning people and internalize and multiply this for ourselves, instead of making waking up more pleasant for ourselves.

Wouldn't it be nice if you arrived at work or school in a good mood?

The aggressive noise you set as your morning alarm probably doesn't evoke the most pleasant emotions. However, the first sound of returning to reality could be something pleasant.
If you rush through your morning routine and are constantly running late, your brain won't have time to process all the information. This will lead to stress.
If you can't spare 15 minutes in the morning for an essential meal, you probably have bigger problems than a lack of appetite for breakfast.
You may think that reading emails and diving into work first thing in the morning will help you be productive, but in the long run, it hurts productivity because you don't have a "warm-up" and "cool-down" phase.
It's better to leave the biggest challenge of the day for the morning so you can enjoy the rest of the day. Of course, not right after waking up.
