FIVE THINGS YOU DO WRONG EVERY MORNING
Many of us don't consider ourselves morning people and repeatedly tell ourselves that, instead of making waking up more pleasant.
Wouldn’t it be nice to arrive at work or school in a good mood?
The aggressive noise you’ve set as your morning alarm probably doesn’t evoke the most pleasant emotions. Instead, the first sound of returning to reality should be something enjoyable.
If you go through your morning routine in a rush and are always running late, your brain won’t have time to process all the information; this leads to stress.
If you can’t spare 15 minutes in the morning for a crucial meal, you probably have more serious problems than just a lack of appetite for breakfast.
You might think that reading emails and diving into work early in the morning helps you be productive, but in the long run, it harms productivity because you skip the “warming up” and “cooling down” phases.
It’s better to leave the biggest challenge of the day for the first half of the morning, so you can enjoy the rest of the day; but certainly not immediately after waking up.
