Synthetic filling

Our selection of high-quality synthetic fillings has been developed to provide options that would be unavailable with natural fillings. This means that synthetic products have now surpassed natural fillings, achieving some modern advantages in addition to already comparable properties. For example, their indicators of allergy safety and washability offer good alternatives to those for whom natural fillings are not suitable for some reason. Among others, fiber blends, which are lighter than down, are more heat-efficient while helping to divert moisture away and regulate body temperature optimal for sleep. Smartfil® is a unique, next-generation fiber technology used in most of our synthetic fillings. Smartfil® microfibers are so small that they distribute evenly around the head and neck in pillows, providing wonderful support while remaining fluffy. To achieve an equivalent level of warmth as standard duvets, 30% fewer fibers are needed, making Smartfil®-containing duvets softer, lighter, more breathable, and more heat-efficient. In mattress toppers, Smartfil® fibers offer additional support and fluffiness for an even more luxurious experience.

Polyester is derived from petroleum products and is an allergy-free, warm, and affordable choice. Polyester fibers are finer and more advanced than before when they were mistakenly considered a cheap and poor substitute for other materials. Brushed polyester can also provide good coverings for products as it is very soft to the touch.
